The Andrews Labor Government is standing up for Dandenong patients who are being hit hard by Canberra’s cuts to Victoria’s hospitals. Canberra has clawed back $305 million from Victoria’s hospitals – cuts that are hurting patients, nurses and doctors across the state.

The gardening skills of public housing tenants were recognised this week in a special awards ceremony for Victoria’s most outstanding public and community housing gardens. ANOTHER BOOST FOR DANDENONG’S RECYCLYING SECTOR

Member for Dandenong, Gabrielle Williams, today visited Smart Recycling in Dandenong South to turn the first sod on a new Commercial and Industrial Waste Sortation Facility. The new $3.1 million facility is supported by the Andrews Labor Government who provided a $500,000 grant for the project through the Resource Recovery Infrastructure Fund.
