BUILDING SCHOOL PRIDE IN DANDENONG

Students at Dandenong Primary School will soon have an upgraded school hall thanks to the Andrews Labor Government.

Dandenong Primary School will receive $14,000 for an acoustic ceiling treatment in the school hall. The treatment will make a dramatic difference to the sound levels in the hall, which was affected by fire in 2015. The upgrade will also enable more activities to be held there.

Dandenong Primary School is one of the thousands of schools with upgrades now underway across Victoria thanks to the Andrews Government’s unprecedented $2.5 billion investment in school infrastructure as part of the Education State.

There are now 56 new schools projects and more than 1,000 school upgrades in the construction pipeline, creating more than 5,000 construction jobs.
